Regional Sales Manager

We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. This is a high-autonomy, remote position for someone who already "knows the room"—you have established relationships with hosting providers, cloud operators, and data center ecosystems, and you understand the critical pain points around infrastructure security, traffic management, and malicious bot mitigation.This is a hunter role with strong earning potential through an aggressive variable compensation structure tied to new logo acquisition and revenue growth.

Candidates must be currently based in one of the following markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, or Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across web hosting companies, cloud service providers (CSPs), managed service providers (MSPs), and data center operators in the SEA region
Network Activation: Leverage your existing relationships within the hosting/cloud infrastructure ecosystem to accelerate pipeline development and shorten sales cycles
Solution Selling: Articulate the technical and commercial value of Blackwall's security stack : Bot management, WAF, DDoS mitigation, and traffic optimization—to both technical stakeholders (CTOs, Security Engineers) and business leaders (CEO, COO, CSO and CFOs)
Channel Strategy: Develop partnerships with regional distributors, system integrators, and technology alliance partners serving the hosting, CSP and MSP industry
Territory Management: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, maintaining accurate forecasting in CRM(HubSpot) and delivering against quarterly ARR targets
Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on regional competitive dynamics, pricing sensitivity, and product-market fit to the management.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
6–8 years of B2B sales experience within the hosting, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or CDN ecosystem
Proven network of contacts at hosting providers, data centers, cloud service providers, or managed security providers in at least 2–3 of the target markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam)
Track record of selling technical infrastructure solutions (security, networking, cloud, or hosting-related) with deal sizes ranging from $50K–$200K+ ARR
Hunter mentality with demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and territory building from scratch
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, CDNs, basic cloud architecture) sufficient to sell technical solutions credibly
Based in SEA with ability to travel regionally as needed (approximately 30%)
Nice-to-Have:
Existing relationships with regional hosting associations or cloud alliances
Experience selling cybersecurity, WAF, or anti-DDoS solutions specifically
Technical background or prior experience in solutions engineering/support roles
Fluency in regional languages like Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Vietnamese (English is a MUST)
