Following a €45M Series B round led by Dawn Capital, we are expanding our global presence and strengthening our post-sales operations to ensure every customer experiences the full value of our platform from day one.
We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager to help shape how our partners and customers experience Blackwall - from initial proof of concept to full-scale deployment.
This is not a support role; it’s a strategic, cross-functional position where technical insight meets relationship management. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high adoption, and lasting customer satisfaction.
Your mission: make sure every client sees measurable success with our technology - and that our internal teams stay fully aligned around that goal.
Role Details:
Role reports to: Director of Customer Success
Engagement type: Employment contract options are available in the UK, Spain, Germany, and Estonia - with freelance/contractor arrangements in the rest of the world.
Location: Remote (within APAC)
Compensation: Paid position; rate depends on experience and location
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate PoCs and internal collaboration - Support the Director of Customer Success in daily tasks, ensuring Proof of Concepts run smoothly and tasks are properly delegated across internal teams.
Drive onboarding and partner cadence - Oversee the communication rhythm with partners before and during onboarding, ensuring efficient task flow and consistent partner engagement.
Align teams around client goals - Act as the bridge between sales, product, and technical teams to guarantee a seamless transition from signed deal to implementation.
Monitor and report on client performance - Collect, analyze, and present data on customer testing and usage, summarizing insights for internal teams and clients.
Enhance onboarding processes - Help design and refine a clear onboarding framework, coordinating closely with marketing, sales, and product functions.
Maintain partner relationships - Run regular check-ins and calls with clients to ensure continued success, satisfaction, and proactive issue resolution.
Oversee pre- to post-signing handovers - Coordinate the transition from sales to production mode, collaborating closely with integration specialists and solution architects.
Communicate outcomes internally - Deliver structured reports on customer success metrics, highlighting wins, risks, and improvement opportunities.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation within a SaaS, cybersecurity, or infrastructure-focused environment.
Strong coordination and communication skills - comfortable leading multi-stakeholder conversations across sales, product, and engineering.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret usage metrics and derive actionable insights.
Experience managing onboarding and client lifecycle processes for technical or enterprise customers.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, fast-scaling organization where clarity and ownership matter.
Japanese language is a plus
