We’re looking for a hands-on Internal Systems Administrator to join our team and help run, maintain, and support our internal IT operations. This is a generalist IT role with a strong emphasis on Linux systems and security-minded administration.

You’ll support our internal teams (not customers), helping with system setups, user support, and infrastructure maintenance. While you won’t be responsible for deep security architecture, you should be comfortable with security-focused configurations and collaborating with our cybersecurity leads.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and maintain internal IT infrastructure and tooling

• Set up and manage internal laptops (Mac, Windows) and Linux-based systems

• Maintain user accounts, permissions, and secure system access

• Assist employees with IT issues or software/hardware setups

• Apply security best practices in day-to-day operations

• Collaborate with security and DevOps colleagues on system hardening and tooling

• Document internal IT processes and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding

Essential Skills&Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in IT administration or support roles

• Strong Linux knowledge; minimal use of Windows servers

• Comfortable supporting Apple and Windows users

• Security-conscious mindset, even if not a dedicated security expert

• Collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Based in Eastern Europe (preferred)

Bonus points:

• Basic scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)

• Familiarity with identity/access management tools

• Exposure to remote support and MDM tools
